Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy of Brand Aykaa

At Aykaa, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our return, refund, and exchange policy outlined below:

 

Return Policy:

  • Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
    • Damaged product: If the product you receive is damaged.
  • Customers must initiate the return process within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • If the customer wants Pick up from their home in case of return and exchange then charges are extra.
  • The returned and exchange item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning and exchanging the item.
  • Please be aware that the responsibility for the return and exchange of items lies solely with the customer, including associated expenses. In the unfortunate event of courier loss during return shipment, the liability rests with the customer

Refund Policy:

  • In the case of a damaged product, the entire amount will be refunded to the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after the damaged product is received and verified.
  • In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, we're here to assist you promptly. To ensure a smooth resolution process, please report any issues regarding the condition of your product within 24 hours of receiving it.

  • Please note that after the initial 24-hour period, we may not be able to entertain claims regarding damaged products.

Store Credit:

  • Instead of a refund, we can provide you with a Store Credit for the same amount as your original order. This store credit will be valid for 15 days from the date you receive it.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchange is valid for products of the same price range.
  • Exchange requests must be accompanied by a genuine reason.
  • Customers are required to initiate the exchange process within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged second time.
  • If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may exchange it for another item. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you return a product you didn't like, we will issue a store credit instead of a refund, valid for 15 days. 
  • Orders placed against credit notes are considered as exchange orders, and will not be eligible for further exchange or return.

Cancel Policy 

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at aykaa.info@gmail.com.

  • If you cancel your order within 2 hours, we will refund the full amount to the card used for making the payment, if the order is under dispatching, it cannot be canceled.
  • No request for cancellation will be entertained after 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancel order amount will be initiated in 5-7 days in the customer’s bank account. 

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Aykaa and accepts Aykaa’s decision regarding the cancellation.

In case a prepaid package is not accepted by the customer and is returned to Aykaa by the courier company, re-delivery can be arranged upon request. However, re-delivery charges will apply depending on the location.

How to Initiate a Return, Refund, or Exchange:

  • Notify us of the issue via email at aykaa.info@gmail.com or by texting us at 9773368504.
  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.
  • If it's a damaged product or size issue, you'll receive instructions on how to courier the item to: G-696, Sitapura Industrial Area, 302022, Jaipur/Rajasthan.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we'll proceed with the appropriate resolution.


Aykaa Unboxing Policy

To ensure a smooth and transparent experience with your orders from Aykaa, we kindly request the following:

  1. Unboxing Video Requirement:
    Whenever you receive an order from Aykaa, please make a complete video of the unboxing process. This video will serve as a valuable record in case there are any issues with your order, such as damaged products or incomplete items.

  2. Importance of the Video:
    The unboxing video will provide valid proof for us to assess any concerns you may have. It is essential for us to determine the nature of the issue and facilitate a fair resolution.

 

Aykaa Express Delivery Policy

For customers who require express delivery, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email. Please note that express delivery will incur additional charges. Our team will assist you in processing your request promptly. 

     

    Please Note:

    • Returns and exchanges are only applicable within the specified conditions and time frames.
    • Aykaa reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet our criteria.
    • Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item to our designated address.
    • At Aykaa, we strive to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of all orders. However, during the festive season and monsoon season order processing times may be impacted due to high demand and weather condition. Please note that during these periods, dispatch may take up to 6-7 working days.
