AYKAA UNBOXING POLICY
Unboxing Video Requirement
Whenever you receive an order from Aykaa, please record a complete unboxing video from start to end.
This video is mandatory for verification in case of:
• Damaged item
• Missing product
• Wrong product received
Importance of the Video
The unboxing video acts as valid proof and helps us verify concerns to provide a fair and quick resolution.
RETURN POLICY
Eligibility
Return is only available in case of a damaged product.
• Request must be initiated within 24–48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused
• Original condition required
• All tags must be attached
Customer Responsibility
• Return and exchange shipments are entirely the customer’s responsibility
• All courier expenses must be borne by the customer
• If customer sends parcel themselves, they are fully liable
• In case of courier loss during return transit, customer bears full liability
Mandatory Unboxing Video
A valid unboxing video is compulsory for any damage-related return claim.
REFUND POLICY
When Refund Is Applicable
Refund is applicable only if the customer receives a damaged product.
The full amount will be refunded after:
• Returned product is received
• Product passes verification
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5 working days after verification.
Damage Reporting Window
• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Claims raised after 24–48 hours may not be entertained
STORE CREDIT POLICY
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Instead, we provide lifetime-valid store credit.
Store Credit Benefits
✔ Valid for lifetime
✔ Can be used anytime
✔ Redeemable via the same email ID used to place the order
✔ Applicable on any product across the website
EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility & Timeframe
• No-questions-asked exchange is allowed
• Request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
• Exchange can be for same or higher value product
• If higher value, difference amount must be paid
Pickup & Charges
• Pickup can be arranged from your address
• Pickup charges apply and must be paid by customer
Terms & Conditions
• Product must be unused with tags and packaging intact
• Once exchanged, no further return or exchange allowed
• For products not liked, lifetime store credit will be issued
• Orders placed using store credit are treated as exchange orders
• Store credit orders cannot be returned or exchanged again
• Refund not possible for change of mind
CANCELLATION POLICY
Time Limit
Cancellation request must be emailed to:

Within 2 hours of placing the order.
Eligibility
• Only orders cancelled within 2 hours qualify for full refund
• If order is under dispatch, cancellation not allowed
• No cancellation requests accepted after 2 hours
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
Customer Agreement
The customer agrees not to dispute Aykaa’s final cancellation decision.
PREPAID ORDERS (IMPORTANT)
If a prepaid parcel is not accepted and returns to us (RTO):
• It can be re-dispatched
• Refund will not be provided
• Re-dispatch charges apply based on location

AYKAA EXPRESS DELIVERY POLICY
• Customers needing express delivery may contact us directly
• Additional express delivery charges apply
• Our team will assist promptly to process the express request
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Returns and exchanges apply only within specified conditions
• Aykaa reserves the right to reject requests not meeting policy criteria
• Customers must ensure safe return of the item to the designated address
• During festive or monsoon seasons, dispatch may take up to 6–7 working days
PRE-ORDER INFORMATION
Pre-order means the outfit is specially prepared after the order is placed and requires additional processing time.
• Suit set preparation time: 10–15 tentative working days
• Once ready, dispatched immediately
• Delivery time: 3–7 tentative working days depending on location
For pre-orders, the mentioned working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, as these are not counted as working days.
Please note: Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
