SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. How long does it take for an order to arrive?

At Aykaa, we commit to dispatching your parcel within 24-48 working hours. Please note that all parcels are dispatched exclusively on working days to ensure prompt service. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 Tentative working days, depending on the delivery location. For addresses in the Northeast and Southern regions, delivery may take up to 10-12 days. Delivery will be made only to the address provided at the time of order placement.

Note: Cash on Delivery available, extra amount will be charge depending on the pin code.

2. Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email and/or SMS which will include a unique tracking number that you can use to track your parcel.

3. Do I have to pay any other taxes and/or fees?

All taxes and other fees/charges are included in the price of the order.

Orders and Pickup service

1. Can I change or cancel my order?

Order cancellation or change in order can be done till the order has not been dispatched. Please email us mentioning your Order ID.Ā Note that requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.

2. What to do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?

If you have received an order in damaged condition, products can be returned or exchanged within 5 days from the Delivery date

3. What if pickup service is not available at the customer Pin code ?Ā 

If pickup service is not available at your location, we kindly ask you to courier the parcel to us. Please share the courier receipt with us within 2 working days so we can assist you further

4.Ā Can I change my delivery address or make any special requests for my order ?

Any changes to the delivery address or special requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate such requests after this window has passed. We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before confirming your purchase to ensure everything is correct.

5. Why do the photograph and the real product have slight differences?
Slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography, but the product matches its description.

Important Conditions for Return/Exchange requests

- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

- Products can be returned or exchanged within 5 days from the Delivery date.

- In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well

Dispatched Order

If your order is under dispatching or has been dispatched within the 24-hour window, we won’t be able to process the cancellation.
