At Aykaa, a Pre-Order product is a made-to-order style that is specially crafted after your order is placed. This allows us to maintain premium quality while reducing unnecessary inventory.

Product Identification

For complete transparency, every pre-order product is clearly marked with a Pre-Order banner on the product image when viewed on collection pages, allowing customers to identify such products before placing an order.

Cancellation Policy

• Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as production begins specifically for your order.

• Orders cannot be cancelled due to the production timeline of made-to-order products.

Exchange Policy

• Pre-order products are eligible for exchange only as per Aykaa's standard Exchange Policy.

• No special exchange or return terms apply to pre-order items beyond the existing policy.
